Privacy at our current stage

Your information.
Handled with care.

Arenvor’s current website explains the company and the youth basketball direction it is building. It is not a program-registration platform and does not ask children to submit information.

Working public notice · Updated August 23, 2026. This describes the website’s current stage; it is not a statement that future program privacy or consent materials have been finalized.

01

When an adult contacts us

If you email Arenvor, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, email address, organization, and the substance of your enquiry. Please share only what is reasonably necessary for the conversation.

Arenvor intends to use this information to review and respond to the enquiry, maintain an appropriate business record, and continue the conversation where requested. Please do not send a child’s identity documents, medical information, school records, travel documents, or other sensitive details through the general contact address.

02

Basic website data

Like most websites, the hosting and technical services used to deliver this site may process basic request information, such as an IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, and request time. This notice does not claim that every future hosting, analytics, or communications feature has already been selected.

03

Children’s information

This website is not designed to collect personal information directly from children. A child should not use the public email address without a parent or guardian. Current enquiries about future opportunities should come from an adult.

Before any future program collects participant information, Arenvor will need a separate, program-specific privacy and consent process that explains what is required, why it is required, who is responsible for it, how it is handled, and what choices families have.

04

Future programs require separate notices

A future clinic, camp, international experience, or other youth program may require information that this website does not currently collect. Its confirmed page and family materials should address the relevant registration, consent, participant-wellbeing, emergency, media, travel, retention, access, and deletion arrangements before a family is asked to commit.

This website notice is not a substitute for those future program-specific materials, and it does not state that a future program’s privacy process has already been completed.

05

Questions and corrections

An adult who has contacted Arenvor may ask a privacy question or request a correction to information they provided by emailing hello@arenvor.com. Arenvor may need enough information to understand and verify the request before responding.
